ABOUT VIVACE
Built From Experience. Driven by Purpose. Committed to Excellence.
The story of Vivace Facility Services began long before the company was officially established. It began with an observation, a need, and a vision that remained alive for many years.
OUR STORY
An Idea Years in the Making.
Vivace Facility Services began as a vision years earlier, shaped by Mitz’s experience in the healthcare industry and his observation of the need for professional, consistent, detail-oriented cleaning and property care.
Through those years, he recognized a real need in our community — clean, safe and well-maintained environments where people can feel their best and do their best.
What if I could one day create a professional cleaning company that could make a real difference in this area?
OUR FOUNDERS
Two Backgrounds. One Shared Vision.
Together, Mitz and Alex bring different experiences, skills and perspectives — but the same commitment to people, quality and excellence.
Alex Gonçalves
Construction & Operations Experience
Alex was also born in Brazil and immigrated to the United States in 2001.
With a construction background since 2012, he has experience in home improvement and general contracting, bringing valuable operational knowledge and hands-on expertise to the business.
Mitz DeSouza
Healthcare Experience
Mitz was born in Brazil and immigrated to the United States in 1987. He built a successful career in healthcare, working for approximately 17 years as a Radiologic Technologist.
That experience shaped his commitment to safety, detail and care — values that continue to guide Vivace today.
2023
The year the vision became reality.
In 2023, we decided it was time to turn that vision into reality.
That decision marked the beginning of Vivace Facility Services.

MORE THAN A CLEANING COMPANY
More Than Cleaning.
A Higher Standard of Care.
Vivace was founded on trust, professionalism, consistency, attention to detail and accountability. The healthcare and construction experience of our founders became the foundation for a stronger understanding of clean, organized, safe and well-maintained environments.
Today, Vivace specializes primarily in commercial cleaning and property services, while also providing residential cleaning solutions. We are committed to building long-term relationships and creating spaces where people can work, live and thrive.
We Don’t Simply Clean Spaces.
We Help Create Environments
People Can Be Proud Of.
A clean, safe and well-maintained environment supports healthier people, stronger businesses and a brighter community.
